Evaluation: 60 or 120 minutes
Your evaluation is a collaborative, one-on-one appointment designed to understand what’s going on, answer your questions, and create a plan that fits your goals.
- Talk through your history and goals: We’ll discuss your health history, what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any questions or concerns you have.
- Complete an objective exam: Depending on your needs, we may assess strength, range of motion, posture, movement patterns, areas of pain or discomfort, breathing patterns, and core recruitment. Pelvic floor assessment is always completely optional and will only be performed with your consent.
- Begin treatment: Based on our findings, we may incorporate exercises, stretches, movement strategies, hands-on soft tissue work, cupping, dry needling or other appropriate treatment during your visit.
- Review findings and create a plan: We’ll discuss findings, what may be contributing to your symptoms, and develop a personalized plan for moving forward.
- Get your personalized home program: Within a few days after your appointment, you’ll receive access to my app where you can view your customized exercise videos and home program.
Follow Up Treatment Session: 60 or 120 minutes
Your follow-up visits are personalized to your progress, goals, and what your body needs that day. We’ll continue building on what we learned during your evaluation and adjust your plan as you progress.
- Check in: We’ll talk about how you’ve been feeling, what’s improved, what’s still bothering you, and any questions or changes since your last visit.
- Reassess and adjust: We’ll reassess movement, strength, symptoms, or other areas as needed to see how you’re progressing and determine what to focus on next.
- Treatment: Your session may include hands-on treatment, soft tissue work, exercises, movement retraining, breath, pelvic floor and core work, or other techniques based on your needs. Optional cupping or dry needling may also be incorporated when appropriate.
- Progress your plan: We’ll build on your exercises and strategies, making adjustments or adding new movements as you’re ready.
- Leave with a plan: You’ll know what to focus on between visits, with your personalized home program updated as needed in the app.

Happy Clients...
When I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to work with a pelvic floor physical therapist. I was referred to Jess by a co-worker and could not have been happier with the recommendation. Jess was great at guiding me through exercises to support my pregnancy, and assist with my healing and recovery postpartum. She also helped with a number of aches and pains during and after pregnancy. She created a very individualized program for me to follow that was easy to complete with my busy life. I believe I would have had a much harder time with birth and my postpartum recovery if I had not started working with Jess when I did. I can’t recommend her enough!!
