Move with Love: Postpartum Essentials for Mom & Baby

a Join us for this 2 hour workshop, where we delve into postpartum pelvic floor and core recovery, and baby development essentials. Maria will teach simple and do-able daily techniques to nurture your baby’s development from the start. We’ll move with baby in class, learn simple calming techniques and address your top questions about infant development. Jess will go over postpartum pelvic floor and core recovery. You will learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor and core, tips and exercises, and how to incorporate this into your day to aid in your recovery

Rooted Resilience: Low Impact Fitness

a This low-impact fitness class is designed for mamas who have been cleared by their provider and are 12 weeks postpartum or beyond (or looking for a low impact class). It’s ideal for those looking to build strength, increase resilience, and connect with others in a similar season of life. Classes focus on core strength, full-body stability, and sustainable movement using breathwork, circuit-style training, and low-impact exercises. Each session is intentionally paced to support long-term strength and confidence in your body—wherever you are in your motherhood journey.

Build Your Base: Postpartum Fitness

a This gentle fitness class is for mama's (6 weeks and beyond, cleared by their provider) who are looking to reconnect with their bodies postpartum and connect with others at the same stage of life. We will focus on rebuilding core and overall body strength and stability using breath work, circuit training, and low-impact movements.
